Bijora Refunds and Cancellations Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the process.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item that differs from your order, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and other intimate jewelry are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2.2 Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2.3 Process for Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it, in accordance with our Refunds Policy.

3.2 Process for Cancellations

  • Refund for Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item and prefer an exchange over a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for an exchange with the same product, subject to availability.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for an exchange with the correct item, subject to availability.
